My name is Esperanza, when I knew I needed surgery I called CSF Surgery. I heard about them on 96.9 radio. My surgery was very expensive in other places, and I did not have the amount they asked for. It is really difficult to have surgery when you don’t have medical insurance.
In Mexico I would have paid like $8,000, plus the stay and my family would not be able to be with me. When I came to CSF Surgery and they gave me the price, I did not think twice about having surgery. Tomy and Lis were my Patient Advocates, they treated me very well and they were always very kind. I went to consultation with Dr. Perez, a very good and kind doctor, he explained everything I needed to know, as well as his staff of nurses who were very kind to me, they always spoke to me in Spanish.
My surgery was performed at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital, that day I arrived very early, and the nurses of that hospital were very good to me. I stayed one night, and the nurses were constantly checking-in on me. A week after my surgery I went to Dr. Perez’s office for my follow-up.
I want to thank Dr. Perez for being a good doctor and for doing a good job, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I thank all the staff at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital, they were great with me, the nurses, the nurse’s assistants, and the people who were going to deliver the food were always very friendly.
Thanks to CSF Surgery because my health and quality of life will improve.
