Karla Terrazas

CSF Surgery Director and Founder of CSF Medical Non-Profit Foundation

Every day, I wake up with enthusiasm and gratitude for having the opportunity to work on what I am passionate about. My work not only brings me personal satisfaction, but also allows me to contribute significantly to the well-being of others. Through my skills and talents, I can make a difference. I have always believed that it is not necessary to have a super influential position to do big things or a massive platform to make a positive impact, we should take advantage of our individual strengths and find creative ways to use them to help improve disparities in the world from the place where we are.

The world is full of challenges, big and small. But if each of us takes the initiative and does our part, we can create a ripple effect of positive change. Every act of kindness, every innovative idea, and every dedicated effort adds up to a collective force that can make a difference.

I invite you to join me on this journey of empowerment and action. Do not underestimate the value of your individual contribution, no matter how small it may seem. Each of us has unlimited potential to make a difference, and when we come together, our actions multiply.

Together, we can create a world where love, compassion and solidarity are the foundations on which the future is built. Let’s not wait for circumstances to be perfect or for someone else to take the initiative. Let’s start from where we are and make every day count and help transform the lives of those who need us most.

I deeply appreciate the support and collaboration of everyone who in one way or another contributes to CSF Surgery. Let us continue working together, inspiring each other, and always remembering that, with what we have and/or are, we can make the world a better place.

Abby Hannah

Executive Administrator

My love for my job goes beyond the administrative tasks I perform as Executive Administrator. It is rooted in the deep satisfaction I get from playing a small but significant role in changing the lives of our patients. Being part of CSF Surgery allows me to make a tangible difference in the lives of patients who have been marginalized by the healthcare system. I am extremely proud to be associated with an organization that provides affordable healthcare options, allowing people to receive the care they deserve. CSF Surgery gives me the opportunity to contribute to a noble cause, and that is why I am passionate about what I do.

For me it is an honor to work at CSF Surgery. Every day presents new challenges that drive me to continue improving and give my best. One of my favorite parts are the testimonies of our patients, they are proof that our work and effort save lives. There is no more beautiful job than working for a noble cause that cares for those who need access to health.

As business development representative I’m the bridge that connects the community and CSF, ensuring CSF builds key relations with community organizations, business, medical institutions and local representatives. Being part of a team that saves lives is an amazing thing that I love being part of.

Patient Advocate Supervisor

Belonging to CSF goes far beyond work, it is a vocation of service. Nothing brings me more happiness than helping the most vulnerable people in society. Those who arrive physically and emotionally hurt for not finding an accessible solution to their problems, guiding them, and accompanying them until their recovery is the most noble mission that I have had to live. It is truly a blessing to be part of this organization where together we can make a difference in a person’s life.

Having a purpose in life and working every day to achieve it is without a doubt the path to success and fulfillment as a human being, and that is exactly what CSF Surgery represents for me.

The path to achieving my purpose, the one that allows me to put my knowledge, skills, and strengths to use for those who need it. To enrich myself from the people with whom I work and for whom I work, to wake up every day with the hope of contributing a grain of sand to the world. To find value in the simple things in life and to recognize the importance of the word “community,” teamwork, and the relevance of joining efforts so that we all grow professionally and personally.
