What to know about our process:

All Patients need to be considered appropriate candidates for surgery by one of CSF’s surgeon specialist’s.

A scheduled surgery can be canceled by the Anesthesiologist if the patient is deemed not apt for anesthesia. Please be aware that these notices could happen minutes before surgery takes place. Our professionals and specialists will never stop a surgery unless it is deemed unsafe or unnecessary.

If the patient has been told that he/she needs surgery by an independent physician or surgeon, the CSF consulting Physician may not consider the patient a candidate for surgery due to liability issues. Our process depends on many factors, it could even depend on a discretionary opinion of a CSF surgeon.

Surgery Without Medical Insurance (CSF) will be always concerned for the well being and safety of the patient and will always minimize the risks of surgery.

CSF has designed the “CSF Surgical Package” in order to be able to offer the patient a fast, effective, and economical surgery. Our surgical package includes surgeon’s fee, anesthesia fee, operating room fee, pathology fee, 23 hours of observation if needed, and 3 months follow up with surgeon specialists.

Patient must be aware that our “CSF surgical package” does not include preoperative lab testing, chest X-ray, EKG and it does not include additional charges for extended nights (at the hospital) if required by a physician after surgery. All of these charges are additional and need to be covered by the patient, however, a patient will receive services not covered by the surgical package at a CSF reduced price.

Surgery without Medical Insurance (CSF) does not cover charges incurred by COMPLICATIONS as a result of medical/surgical treatments; nor is legally responsible for such occurrences. The treating Surgeon/Physician with their patient will have to resolve such events and independently from CSF.

All Patients need to be followed in the postoperative period by their surgeon; and when they live outside of Bakersfield, they will need to return for assessment.
